Q: I eat .... Am I eating enough?
A: I am not going to answer this, espeically if you are on "anon". Usually when people ask this they are looking for attention because they know that they are not eating enough. Also I find this "triggering" to myself and possibly other bloggers. People who typically ask me these questions are barely eating and think that what they are is "seriously" okay. Also I don't feel comfortable evaluating what you eat. I don't know you and I am not a doctor. Try using my fitness pal to guestimate calories. If you are off anon and are serious about this question, I will help you - privately.
